Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the application (“the Application”) operated by MBMods (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Application.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Application.

1. Use of the Application

The Application is intended solely for your personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Application, use of the Application, or access to the Application without express written permission from us.

You also agree not to:

Interfere with or disrupt the Application or servers or networks connected to the Application.
Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods.
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

2. Privacy and Data Handling

At MBMods, your privacy is important to us. We are committed to protecting any information you provide, and we have designed the Application with a strict no personal data collection policy. Specifically:

We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII), such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise location data.
The Application does not include forms, user registration, or any mechanism for users to input or upload personal data.
No account creation is required to use the Application.

Third-Party Services

To maintain functionality and improve the user experience, the Application integrates third-party services with limited and well-defined scopes:

Firebase Crashlytics: Used solely to collect anonymous crash reports and diagnostic data. This data helps us identify bugs and improve stability. It does not contain personal user information.
Ad Networks (e.g., Google AdMob): Ads may be shown within the Application. These ads are managed by third-party ad providers, which may collect non-personal information (such as device identifiers) to serve more relevant ads. MBMods does not access, control, or store any data collected by these providers.

You are encouraged to review the privacy policies of these third-party services to understand their practices.

3. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. If we consider the changes to be material, we will provide reasonable advance notice through appropriate means (e.g., via in-app notification or website announcement).

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Application after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. MBMods does not warrant that:

The Application will be uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
Any errors or defects will be corrected.
The Application is free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MBMods or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application.
Any unauthorized access to or use of third-party services through the Application.
Any other matter related to the Application.
